Jordan is the most incredible front desk manager I’ve ever worked with.
Period. I suppose I’m so used to the typical doctor’s office where they are unpleasant, short-tempered, and arrogant that I don’t realise how well organised, polite, and professional they are. Before I could even inquire, she had already highlighted the list of my current and former medications at checkout. My doctor is a breath of fresh air, with a great attitude that is warm, considerate, and attentive. Schedule an appointment right away. Dr. Kochar is empathetic and genuinely cares about your well-being. She has extensive expertise of hypothyroidism. Additionally, calls and inquiries are answered by her office quickly. I also adore Jordan, the secretary. Although quiet, she is very amiable.
